Please note that I purchased this item for a friend who lives in Africa. He won't get it until April, so it is hard to rate the item. But I do thank you for the prompt delivery and can send a review later.

I love Photoshop Elements and highly recommend the current version of the product. I use it all the time.

I have not used it yet, but arrived in great shape as promised, and in a very short time! I can't wait to have time to use it. I've heard great things.

It's much better that 5.0 because it runs faster on my computer. Adobe software is the best, in my opinion.

Technically it works ok, but the learning curve is so steep it isn't worth the bother. Things don't behave the way "normal" Windows programs do, and I'm continually baffled at how to do even the simplest of tasks (and I have a computer science degree and have been working in that profession for 25 years, so it takes a lot to make me this baffled).
This is just bad UI design and bad workflow. Adobe typically produces the worst software for Windows, and sadly this is no exception. I returned to Picassa and a pre-Corel version of PaintShop Pro.
